Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We are open by appointment only.

A credit card is required to secure your appointment. If no card is available, we accept E-transfer ($30 non-refundable deposit) to prevent no-shows, sudden cancellations, or last-minute rescheduling.

We ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.​

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. We allow a grace period of up to 15 minutes; after that, your appointment may be canceled or shortened out of respect for other booked clients.

💳 Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited in cases of sudden rescheduling or cancellation.
